| 摘 要： | 凯氏定氮法是测定食品中蛋白质含量的一种普遍使用的常规分析法,目前国内多采用凯氏定氮法,而国际上多采用自动定氮仪进行凯氏定氮法,本文着重对自动定氮仪测定技术的综述评价。

| Abstract: | At present in our country the kjeldahl is a general analysis method for determining protein. But now many developed courtiers in the world generally uses the automatic nitrogen determination apparatus to determine protein. This paper simply valued the automatic method by compared to kjeldahl, and studied the precision, accuracy and inaccuracy of automatic method. |
