Femto Typical Scenario Application and Business Strategy

Femtocell is one of the solutions for the indoor coverage and capacity improvement proposed by the fullservice operators,which can utilize the existing fi xed broadband backhaul to achieve the effective extension of mobile communications networks.Femtocell will be an important technical means for full-service operators to provide diffeientiated service as a new fi xed-mobile convergence technology,which is also the integration point between the personal mobile communications and home broadband communications.This paper describes the Femtocell technology scheme and domestic and foreign operators＇ strategy,and analyzes the typical scenario for Femtocell-based applications and business strategy.
