The synthesis of a isocyanate prepolymer in the polyurethane paint was investigatedsystematically by adding modifiers. In consideration of manufacture, the effect of temperature,time, proportion of ingredient and solvent on the reaction of the prepolymer was discussed. The technological conditions of the reaction were given.
