摘    要:在建筑工程拆除或改建施工工程中,采用爆破、机械或人工凿打等常规拆除施工技术措施存在诸多不利影响:如对原建建筑及构筑物保留部分的结构影响巨大,且施工工期长、粉尘污染严重等。本文结合某大型钢铁公司厂房技改工程实践,着重介绍一种新型、无损、高效、环保的拆除钢筋混凝土结构施工技术及其相关拆除设备的应用实例。

Analysis of Construction Technology of Non-destructively Demolishing Reinforced Concrete
Abstract:In the process of demolishing or reconstructing a construction project,traditional demolition methods,such as explosion,mechanical or manual hammering,have lots of adverse impacts,like affecting the structure of the remaining part of the buildings or structures,prolonging construction period,aggravating dust pollution and causing other problems.Based on the practice of technical improvement project of some large iron and steel company,this thesis focuses on the introduction of a new,damage-free,high-efficiency and environmentally-friendly construction technology that is used to dismantle steel concrete structures.
