重庆市人民村改造后主观综合评价

笔者通过采用POE评价方法,以使用者群体作为评价的出发点,分别从计划——实施——应用三个环节对重庆市人民村的整改效果进行了全面综合的主观评价。期望通过客观、科学的评价,得出目前改造工程的整改效果,并对改造策略、内容和措施以及改造工程中的关键因素及薄弱环节进行了探讨,希望以后将使用后评价更有效地结合到改造过程中,进一步推进"宜居重庆"的建设和实施。

A comprehensive subjective evaluation on the renovated Renmin Village of Chongqing

With the POE evaluation method,this paper presents a comprehensive subjective evaluation on the renovation effect of Renmin Village in Chongqing.Based on the user groups＇ views,this thesis focuses on the following three aspects：preplanning,implementation and utilization.The renovation effect of the current renovation project is expected to be presented through objective and scientific evaluation.Furthermore,renovation strategies,contents,measures as well as key factors and weak points in the process are also discussed in this thesis.It is hoped that after-use evaluation will be effectively taken into renovation work so as to further assist and promote the construction of ＂livable Chongqing＂.
