原液着色芳砜纶的研究

摘    要:筛选出红3GP、蓝BGP、Crolith Yellow 3R-KP和Mirolith Brown 5R-KP四种颜料,并对颜料的分散性能、转晶、粒径分布、耐溶剂性等进行了研究,通过原液着色方法制备出有色芳砜纶。结果表明:与常规染色法相比,原液着色技术具有工艺简单、绿色环保优点,原液着色芳砜纶的各项色牢度指标和力学性能优良。在相关工厂已经成功实施了蓝色和军绿色放样,原液着色芳砜纶的市场应用前景十分广阔。

Abstract:Four pigments, red 3GP, blue BGP, Crolith Yellow 3R-KP and Mirolith Brown 5R-KP, were screened out, and the dispersibility, crystallization, particle size distribution and solvent resistance of the pigments were studied. The colored polysulfonamide(PSA) fibers were prepared by dope dyeing method.The results show that compared with the conventional dyeing method, the dope dyeing technology has the advantages of simple process and environmental protection, and the color fastness index and mechanical properties of the dope dyeing PSA fiber are excellent. The blue and military green colored sample has been successfully implemented in the Tanlon Plant. The market application prospect of PSA fiber is very broad.
