大丝束碳纤维产业发展现状及面临的问题

简要介绍了大丝束碳纤维的特点、应用前景以及目前产业发展现状,并分析了大丝束碳纤维实际生产和应用中面临的问题,以及相关解决方案。指出大丝束碳纤维采用成本较低的民用聚丙烯腈丝作为原丝,具有较高的性能价格比,广泛应用于休闲体育用品、基础设施、工业应用等领域,需求前景广阔;我国碳纤维生产以小丝束碳纤维为主,国内大丝束碳纤维应用在展纱工艺和浸润的效果方面仍待技术突破;今后大丝束碳纤维的发展应从制定大丝束碳纤维生产标准、改进展纱设备、改善浸渍树脂体系黏度和大丝束碳纤维相容性等方面着手,从而提升产品质量。

Development status and problems of large tow carbon fiber industry

The characteristics,application prospects and current industrial development status of large tow carbon fibers were briefly introduced.The problems in the actual production and application of large tow carbon fibers and the related solutions were also analyzed.It was pointed out that large tow carbon fibers had high performance-price ratio because of using low-cost civil polyacrylonitrile filament as precursor and possessed broad demand prospects owing to their wide application in the fields of leisure sports goods,infrastructure,industrial applications and other fields;the production of carbon fibers in China was dominated by small tow carbon fibers,and the application of China-made large tow carbon fibers still needed technological breakthrough in yarn spreading process and soaking effect;and the development of large tow carbon fibers should start with the formulation of production standards for large tow carbon fibers,the innovation of yarn spreading equipment,the improvement of the viscosity of impregnated resin system and the compatibility of large tow carbon fibers to improve product quality in the future.
