摘 要: | 根据两台ABB3100型在线色谱仪AT-401/421在我厂聚丙烯装置400单元无法长周期运行的现状,在采集了大量的分析数据并与工艺生产数据进行对比后,分析了影响这两台在线色谱仪长周期运行的各种因素.针对每个因素分别实施技术改造,经过改造后将它们投入使用,通过长达4个多月对分析数据的跟踪记录,试验结果表明这两台在线色谱仪的运行周期从以前的14天延长到了最长127天.

Prolonging Operation Cycle of Process Gas Chromatograph in 400 Unit of Polypropylene Plant |

Abstract: | The current status that the two sets of ABB3100 process gas chromatographs can not be long-term operated in the 400 Unit of polypropylene plant is mainly studied. After collecting numerous analysis data and comparing with productive data of technical process, various factors affecting the operation are analyzed. Technical retrofit is carried out and put into service based on each factor respectively. Through analyzing data and keeping track records by more than 4 months, the results show that the operation cycle has been prolonged from 14 days to 127 days. |
