基于GPRS的油烟监控数据采集终端设计

摘    要:针对餐饮企业引发的城市空气污染日益严重的问题,根据当前国家环保建设发展重点和餐饮业油烟检测要求,设计了一款油烟环境系统的数据采集终端,通过气体传感器和温度传感器采集油烟数据,再经过终端控制器进行数据处理,并通过GPRS上报系统的监控中心,为环保局及其他行政管理部门提供实时的区域油烟净化势态综合数据。

Abstract:Aiming to solve the problem of worse and worse air pollution in city due to restaurant industry, the paper designs and implements an intelligent data acquisition terminal for oil-furne environment system according to the development emphases of environment protection of China as well as the detection requirements for oil-flame of restaurants. The terminal acquires oil-fume data by gas sensor and temperature sensor, processes data by terminal controller, and reports to the system's monitoring center by GPRS. It may provide oil-fume data to the Environmental Protection Administration and other administrations in time.
