| 摘 要： | “建筑以人为本”的原则首先应体现对每个人的关怀和服务.营造无障碍城市公共交通环境,不仅为残疾人、老年人在参与社会生活方面提供了必要的基本条件,同时对妇女、儿童、临时性受伤者及其他健全成年人均带来了便利和实惠.论文系统分析了寒地城市公共交通无障碍设计存在的问题,提出了寒地城市公共交通无障碍设计的方法,以期对设计工作和相关规范的修订具有一定的借鉴意义.
