废旧聚酯纺织品循环利用技术的发展

摘    要:寻求化纤制品的循环再生和高附加值利用已经成为我国纺织行业发展乃至国家资源利用的迫切需求。废旧聚酯纺织品的循环再利用,是解决化纤行业资源短缺和环境污染双重问题的重要举措。本文对传统的再生化纤工艺技术及装备进行创新,形成了以废旧聚酯类纺织品生产高附加值再生涤纶系列产品的集成技术。项目符合国家循环经济发展规划,社会、环境效益显著。

New System for Recycling PET-based Waste Textiles
Abstract:With the improvement of living standards, demand for home textiles and clothing will grow with each passing day. The total amount of waste textiles in China is more than 25 million tons/year, but the utilization rate just less than 3%. Chemical ifber recycling has become an urgent need for the development of textile industry in China. Recycling of waste textiles is the key to solve the dual problems of resources shortage and environmental pollution in chemical fiber industry. Ningbo Dafa Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. encourages creativity and innovation based on conventional process, as a result, the company has developed a series of key technologies for the production of high value-added regenerated polyester fiber by using waste textiles and established a new system for waste textiles recycling. The project conforms to the national program of developing a circular economy, and achieves both social and environmental beneifts.
