Flourishing in the Spring and Autumn Period,the high platform construction has had a profound influence on many aspects of the traditional cultural architecture in later ages,and from which a variety of important architectural forms derived.This present thesis illustrates the concept of ＂platform＂ and ＂high platform construction＂,sorts out the historical evolution and social functions of it,and from several important dimensions of the primitive worship,with a number of building code cases,explained the cultural connotation and deep meaning of respecting Heaven and Earth,worshipping mountains and seeking immorality implied in ancient Chinese high platform construction,and revealed the impact of the idea in ancient China-＂Sacred sympathetic＂ on architectural creation.
