摘    要:通过对Al-Si合金中各元素的ICP-AES光谱仪分析方法及影响因素进行研究,优化了仪器的工作条件,选择适当分析线,并进行了精密度及加标回收率实验,制定了相应的分析规程,提高分析数据的准确度,提高了分析速度,节省大量试剂。

Abstract:The alloying elements of Al-Si alloy have been analyzed by inductively coupled plasma-argon emission spectrometer(ICP-AES).The effect factors of the elements have been studied.The working conditions of the spectrometer have been optimized.The suitable analytical line has been chosen.The precision test and multiplicity standard recovery test have been conducted.The analyses system has been established.The analyzing accuracy and analyzing speed have been increased.A great number of reagents are saved.
