摘    要:电场对输电线路绝缘子覆冰过程的影响不可忽视。以复合绝缘子FXBW-35/100为试品,分别进行了带电与不带电人工覆冰试验,分析电场对复合绝缘子覆冰过程的影响。结果表明:电场对绝缘子覆冰的影响体现为对水滴的吸引作用和泄漏电流的热效应。电场强度小的地方吸引作用明显,而电场强度大的地方热效应明显;带电覆冰时,冰凌中的气泡增多会向复合绝缘子的芯棒弯曲;低压端附近冰密度较大;高压端附近冰密度较小;冰厚的增长速度会出现饱和;冰重随电压的增长有一个先增加后减小的过程;带电覆冰时会出现稳定燃烧的电弧,这容易损伤绝缘子。

Abstract:The influence of AC electrical field on the icing process of the transmission line insulators should not be ignored. Taking composite insulator FXBW-35/100 as test sample, the artificial ice-coating tests under energized and non-energized conditions are performed respectively, and the influence of electric field on ice-coating process of composite insulators is analyzed. Test results show that the influence of electric field on ice-coating of insulator behaves as the attractive action to water drop and the heat effect of leakage current. In the place with weak electric field strength the attractive action is obvious and in the place with strong electric field strength the heat effect is obvious; when ice-coating happens on energized line, the babbles in the icicle increase and make the icicle bending towards the core of composite insulator, the density of ice coated on insulators located in the lower voltage side of a insulator string is higher than that of ice coated on the insulators located in the higher voltage side of the same insulator string, for non-energized line, the increasing speed of ice-coating is linear and for energized line the increasing speed of ice-coating will be saturated, with the rising of energizing voltage, at first the weight of ice-coating increases and then it reduces, stable arc may occur on energized line and causes damage to insulators.
