摘    要:电力通信已成为电力系统的有机组成部分,目前并没有成熟的通信架构和相应的通信技术能满足智能电网对于通信的新需求。电力通信业务已广泛应用各种通信技术,随着电网向智能电网的发展和企业信息化进一步发展,对电力通信提出了高带宽、高可靠性、容灾、广覆盖等新的需求。电网公司各环节均已建立较成熟的业务信息系统,已建成先进可靠的电力通信网络,与未来电网对通信的要求相比,还存在信息化发展不平衡、缺乏支持智能电网运行的通信网络等问题。未来5~10 a电力通信系统发展应以提高网络可靠性、服务智能电网为目标。

Abstract:Although power communication has become an integral part of power system,there is no mature communications architecture and corresponding communications technology that meet the new demand of smart grid.The development of smart grid and the further development of enterprise information has brought new requirements on power communication,such as wider bandwidth,higher reliability,wider coverage and disaster recovery.A mature bussiness communication system has been set up,however,there are some shortcomings such as uneven development of information,lacking of communication network that can support the the operation of smart grid.To improve the reliability of the network and provide intelligent service to smart grid will be the aim in next five to ten years.
