生态文明建设背景下绿色矿山内涵扩展研究

绿色矿山是我国矿业实现绿色发展的战略依托,具有现实的可操作性,在实践过程中不断积累深化,其内涵在扩展,体现出包容性和开放性的特点。党的"十八大"将生态文明建设列入"五位一体"建设目标,在此背景下绿色矿山其建设模式内涵将有大的扩展与提升。绿色矿山概念内涵经历了两个发展,早期受主管行业推动,处于行业覆盖下,行业封闭式的矿山范围内的生态修复、绿化复垦等;后是由行业倡议、矿业响应,带有浓重行政色彩的治理行为。党的"十八大"召开之后,生态文明建设纳入我党执政的纲领性理念。党的"十八大"将生态文明建设列入"五位一体"的建设目标,在此背景下绿色矿山的建设模式及内涵将有极大的扩展与提升。
