摘    要:青海某硫化铜镍矿滑石化强蚀变现象较多,脉石矿物以辉石、橄榄石、滑石等钙镁硅酸盐矿物为主,浮选过程存在混合精矿镍、铜品位较低,氧化镁含量偏高的问题。针对这一问题,试验研究采用CMC为抑制剂使镁硅酸盐矿物得到了很好的抑制,确定精选添加CMC用量为300g/t,闭路试验获得了精矿镍、铜品位分别为5.94%、1.18%,回收率分别为82.23%、79.93%的选别指标,氧化镁含量从优化前的15.05%降至2.93%。

Abstract:By the reasons of the phenomenon of strong alteration of talc were more, and the gangue mineral mainly composed of pyroxene, olivine, talcum and other calcium-magnesium silicate minerals, there were problems existing in the flotation process, that the nickel copper mixed concentrate grade were lower, and the content of MgO were higher. In order to solve those problems , the test used CMC as inhibitor of gangue minerals and achieved good results, the dosage of CMC add to the cleaning were 300g/t, and the closed circuit flotation index were that copper and nickel mixed concentrate with copper grade and recovery of 5.94% and 82.23%,with nickel grade and recovery of 1.18% and79.93% , and the MgO content from 15.05% to 2.93% before optimization.
