摘    要:针对深部开采过程出现的地压显现,造成局部采场顶板垮冒危害,采用充填材料回填采空区,同时对充填系统工业运行进行研究。结果显示,从开始充填直至结束的放砂全过程,放出的全尾砂浆浓度都较稳定,当充填料浆浓度为68%,不考虑开关机调整状态,充填料浆浓度波动范围为1%~2%。充填投产至今,制备能力为80 m3/h左右,充填浓度为68%~70%,料浆在管道及采场中未产生分层离析,充填体强度满足要求,系统整体采用半地下结构,确保了充填工艺稳定,该研究的应用对寒冷地区高价值金矿床开采技术保障具有重要意义。

Abstract:Filling system is built and the equipment installation, after the completion of filling system in the industrial operation test process is smooth, long running stability, tail slurry by the compressed air after the mud making the whole warehouse tail slurry concentration is very uniform, put sand process from the beginning until the end of the filling, release of the tail slurry concentration is relatively stable, each time on duty of filling slurry concentration was 68% on average, not to consider two boot and shutdown state of adjustment, the ends of the filling slurry concentration range basically is 1~2%. Filling system is put into production in April 2012, to 2015 m3 is filling in July 2015,running for more than three years show that the filling system in the preparation of transmission capacity is 60~80 m3/h, filling density is 68~70%,the structure in the pipeline and stope filling pulp flow, won"t produce stratification and segregation phenomenon, system running parameters can achieve automatic detection and adjustment, strength of filling body meets the demand of mining method, provides the high value of rock gold deposits mining technical support.
