复合型超声电机纵振子位置对电机性能的影响

摘    要:首先利用超声电机的一维等效模型推导出超声电机纵向振动力因子的表达式,并建立了谐振频率与电机各部分尺寸的关系式。文中以半波长夹心式超声电机的节点位置与压电陶瓷堆中心的距离为变量,分析了纵向振动力因子随着纵振子中心位置变化的情况,从而得出了超声电机内部纵振子的优化位置。将上述分析应用于实验中,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:In the papers, firstly the equations of the force factor is derived by using the modal of one dimension of the motors, and relation between the resonant frequency and the sizes of parts of the motors is also been constructed. Taking the distance between the ceramic center and the node location as a variable, how the force factor changes with the ceramic location shift is drawn, and the optimal location of the longitudinal ceramic is concluded.The good effect has been obtained after the theory has been used into the experiment.
