基于TMS320F2812的电子万能材料试验机测控系统

摘    要:为了实现电子万能材料试验机测控系统的数字化,在研究用于工业控制的高性能DSP芯片TMS320F2812的基础上,简介了基于此芯片的电子万能材料试验机测控系统的组成和工作原理,从软硬件两方面阐述了试验机测控系统的数据采集和交流伺服控制的设计,并给出了其程序设计的流程图。实际应用证明:系统方案设计合理、控制灵活、性能稳定、可靠性高,且其采集精度和控制精度、控制速度达到较高的水平,具有良好的实用价值。

Abstract:In order to realize the electronic universal material testing machine data acquisition and control system digitization, a new method of it was proposed based on the study of TMS320F2812, and the design of hardware and software was given detailedly. The practice shows that the configuration of system is reasonable and it is possesses high reliability, high stabilization and high precision of data acquisition and control up to the upper level. So it is useful in practice with high value.
