硫酸氢钠催化合成二甲基丙烯酸新戊二醇酯

摘    要:以甲基丙烯酸和新戊二醇为原料、硫酸氢钠为催化剂高效合成了二甲基丙烯酸新戊二醇酯,考察了影响酯收率的各种因素,确定最佳反应条件n(甲基丙烯酸)∶n(新戊二醇)=2.3∶1;催化剂用量7.5%(占新戊二醇质量分数),带水剂环己烷用量60%,阻聚剂对苯二酚用量0.625%,反应温度(110~115) ℃,反应时间2.0 h,酯收率可达94%以上。比较了不同催化剂的催化活性,结果表明,硫酸氢钠具有催化活性好、可重复利用、不腐蚀设备和环境污染小等优点,是合成二甲基丙烯酸新戊二醇酯的优良催化剂。

Abstract:Neopentyl glycol dimethacrylate was synthesized by esterification of methacrylic acid and neopentyl glycol over sodium bisulfate catalyst.Influence of reaction condition on the yield of esterification was investigated. The optimum condition was obtained as follows: methacrylic acid to neopentyl glycol molar ratio 2.3∶1;dosage of sodium bisulfate=7.5% of neopentyl glycol; cyclohexane dosage=60% of neopentyl glycol;dosage of hydroquinone=0.625% of neopentyl glycol;reaction temperature 110-115 ℃ ;reflux and water segregating for 2.0 h. neopentyl glycol dimethacrylate yield of over 94% was obtained under the optimao condition. The experimental results indicated that sodium bisulfate exhibited higher catalytic activity, non corrosiveness, non pollutiveness to the environment and repeated usability.
