| 摘 要： | 《中国南方电网通信系统“十一五”规划》是促进南方电网通信系统统筹发展的重要手段,规划中确定的技术政策是整个规划的精髓所在。文章结合南方电网传输网络存在的主要问题,对其传输网络“十一五”规划建设进行了详细分析,并对规划确定的技术政策进行了简要描述。
