长藤结瓜式水利系统的数学模型及算法结构

摘    要:用系统工程的方法建立了长藤结瓜式水利系统的数学模型,提出了一组按时间分段的线性化约束方程组与渠系约束不等式.并拟定全灌区效益最大或损失最小的最优渠道投资的经济效益的评价指标为目标函数.给出了优化决策算法的主程序框图,建立了一组基础性的程序模块和数据库,以发挥长藤结瓜式水利系统的巨大效益.

Abstract:Big, middle, small water storing, drawing and living have a large scale system structure in layers. It's united complex system including water receiving, storaging, drawing transportation, distribution, using and multiple water resources, users, stages. It can be divided into various subsystems. Subsystems and large scale system have the same mathematic model and linear programming. First they make every subsystem optimum, and then adopt large scale system resolution coordination skill, unite programming, control and management to optimize the large scale system.
