低品位硼矿生产硼酸硼泥中硼的回收技术

本文对青海大柴旦地区低品位硼矿生产硼酸排放的硼泥中的硼进行了回收,通过加入母液加热搅拌、絮凝沉降、过滤分离、清水洗涤等工序,使排放的硼泥中的B2O3质量分数小于0.2%,滤液返回硼酸生产工序,提高了硼酸收率,减少了资源浪费和环境污染,具有良好的经济和社会效益。

Technology of boron recovery from boron mud in boric acids production from low grade boron ore

In this paper,boron in boron mud was recycled from boric acids production of low grade boron ore of Dachaidan area in Qinghai Province.By processes of adding the mother liquor for mixing and heating,flocculating sedimentation,filtration and separation,water washing and others,mass fraction of B2O3 in the discharged boron mud could be less than 0.2% and the filtrate would return to the boric acids production process with improved yield of boric acids,less waste of the resources and environmental pollution,having the good economic and social benefits.
