摘    要:采用水解酸化-生物接触氧化-气浮-生物活性炭工艺处理印染废水。介绍了该工艺的流程、主要构筑物及设备。工艺运行结果表明,该工艺可有效去除废水中的BOD5、CODcr、色度和SS。当进水水质BOD570~300mg,L,CODcr为200-600mg/L,色度为200~600倍,SS为300~600mg/L时,系统出水水质BOD5为6~23mg/L,CODcr为20-30mg/L,色度为15-40倍,SS为25-70mg,L,达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB4287—1992)中Ⅰ级标准要求。

Abstract:Printing and dyeing wastewater was treated by hydrolytic acidification- biological contact oxidation -air floatation-biological active carbon process. The treatment process, main constructions and equipment were introduced. The operation results showed that the process can effectively remove BOD5, CODcr, chroma and SS from wastewater. When the influent BOD5, CODcr, chroma and SS were 70-300 mg/L, 2004600 mg/L, 200-600 times and 300-600 mg/L respectively, the effluent quality can reach the I-class discharge standards of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry (GB4287-1992), with BOD5 6-23 rag/L, CODcr 20-30 mg/L, chroma 15 -40 times and SS 25 -70 mg/L.
