| Abstract: | The author analyzes the actualities in the environmental design for public area of residential quarter in contemporary small towns together with solutions against shortage, aiming at improving peoplei-s living quality by amelioration in aspects like the layout of public area in residential quarter, arrangement of green space, complement to public service facilities and building management of residential quarter. |
