摘    要:采用超声技术以对甲苯磺酸为掺杂剂,过硫酸铵为氧化剂制备PANI/NiO/CNTs三元复合材料。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对材料的表面形貌和结构组成进行表征,通过循环伏安、恒流充放电及交流阻抗测试对电极材料的电化学电容性能进行研究。结果表明:PANI/NiO/CNTs三元复合材料改善了NiO电极材料的充放电可逆性和电容性。当质量比为m(PANI)∶m(NiO)∶m(CNTs)=80.5∶19.5∶2.7时,具有良好的充放电可逆性,在2 mol/L的KOH溶液中,以1.65 A/g电流密度放电时,比电容可达156 F/g

Ultrasonic technique of PANI/CNTs/NiO composite and its capacitance performance
Abstract:PANI/NiO/CNTs composites were prepared via ultrasound technique using p-tolue-nesulfonic acid as dopant and (NH4)2S2O8 as an oxidant.The structure and morphology of ternary composites was studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic (FTIR).The electrochemical capacitive performance of ternary composites was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV),constant current charge-discharge and AC impedance tests.The results show that PANI/NiO/CNTs composites have the better charge-discharge reversibility and capacitance performance than NiO electrode materials.When m(PANI) ∶ m (NiO) ∶ m (CNTs)--80.5 ∶ 10.5 ∶ 2.7,the ternary composites have high charge-discharge reversibility.The specific capacitance of the ternary composites can reach 156 F/g at a current density of 1.65 A/g in 2 mol/L KOH solution.
