摘    要:介绍了一种基于同步整流技术的大功率电化学电源总体设计方案。在分析其工作模态的基础上给出了电源主电路的工作电压电流关系;设计了一种大功率水冷高频变压器,给出了详细的计算过程;为解决传统同步整流的自驱动方式由体二极管进行续流会降低整流效率的缺点,设计了在占空比丢失时保持MOSFET导通整流的大功率的改进型同步驱动电路。最后制作了一台8V/1500A的电化学电源样机,实验结果表明,驱动电路能够提供稳定的驱动信号,该电源满载效率达93.2%,性能均达到电化学电源的要求。

Design of high power electrochemical power source based on synchronous rectification technology
Abstract:In this paper, a general design scheme of high power electrochemical power supply based on synchro-nous rectification technique is introduced. The operating voltage and current of the main circuit of the power supply are given on the basis of analyzing its working mode. One high power water cooled high frequency transformer is de-signed and detailed calculation procedure is given. To avoid the shortcomings of reduced rectification efficiency by the traditional synchronous rectification self-driving mode using body diode, an improved high power synchronous driving circuit with the MOSFET at lost duty cycle is designed. In the end, a 8V/1500A power supply prototype was fabricated. Experimental results show that the driving circuit can provide a stable driving signal and the power supply ' s efficiency reaches 93. 2%, and the performance have matched the requirements of electrochemical power.
