基于CAN总线的电池管理系统研究

摘    要:电池作为纯电动汽车的能量源,往往需要几十甚至几百节单体电池,因此电池管理系统对于电动汽车产业化必不可少。以MK60DN512VLQ10为主控芯片,以LTC6804为信息采集芯片,以Labview为上位机平台设计了锂电池管理系统。采用CAN通讯技术实现主控芯片与上位机的信息交换,实验表明该系统测量精度高,可靠性好。

Study on battery management system base on CAN bus
Abstract:Lithium batteries,as the energy source of electric vehicles,often require dozens or even hundreds of single cell battery in series or parallel to meet the needs of electric vehicle climbing,acceleration and driving range.So,the battery management system is essential for electric vehicle industrialization.In this paper,with MK60DN512VLQ10 as main control chip,LTC6804 as the battery information acquisition chip,and Labview as the host computer platform,a battery management system was designed for electric vehicle.CAN communication technology was adopted to realize the information exchange between the main control chip and the host computer.The results of experiment show that the system has high precision and reliability.
