微生物对印染废水深度脱氮试验研究 |

摘 要: | 为探讨A/O/A和BAF+A工艺结合优势微生物对印染废水脱氮处理的效果,试验以广东某纺织有限公司废水站为例,采用优势微生物结合升级的系统对该废水进行脱氮处理的小试研究。实验结果表明,在接种优势微生物后,ρ(NH3-N)从19.5mg/L降至3.17mg/L,ρ(TN)从35.66mg/L降至8.93mg/L,去除率分别达到83.7%和75.0%。硝化作用良好的BAF池出水进入反硝化池,并用水解酸化池出水提供碳源,有效去除总氮,ρ(TN)从10.9mg/L降至6.2mg/L,ρ(TN)去除效率达到43.1%。系统出水ρ(COD)≤60.0mg/L,ρ(氨氮)≤5.0mg/L,ρ(总氮)≤15.0mg/L。

Abstract: | Study on deeply denitrification by the dominated microorganism in the A/O/A and BAF+A process was conducted, the experimental water collected from dyeing and textile wastewater treatment plant in Guangdong.Results showed that the nitrification and denitrification was significantly improved in the upgraded A/O/A process, due to inoculating dominated microorganisms. NH3-N and TN decreased from 19.5 mg/L to 3.17 mg/L and 35.66 mg/L to 8.93 mg/L, respectively; the removal percentages were83.7%and 75%,respectively.The denitrification was enhanced in the BAF+A process because of adding dominated denitrifying bacteria and carbon source supported from hydrolytic acidification pond effluent.The process contributed to TN reduction about 43.1%.The effluent of COD≤60.0 mg/L,NH3-N≤5.0 mg/L and TN≤15.0 mg/L. |
