浅谈电子氧化物制备实验教学的改革与实践

摘    要:对电子氧化物制备实验课程的教学进行了探索、改革和实践。以传统《材料专业综合设计实验》教学模式和内容为基础,以培养学生前期文献调研与自行设计实验的积极性为前提,以结构简单的单晶外延薄膜为出发点,提供完善的制备-表征-性能测试的实验设备,使之更直观理解和掌握材料设计-结构-性能之间的关联,获得良好的教学效果。

Exploring methods of experiment teaching on the exploration of advanced oxide films

Abstract:Compared with the conventional teaching mode, the present study on experimental course for exploration of magnetic oxide films was developed. Motivated by the students' enthusiasm and initiative, it is supposed to obtain a deeper understanding of the relationship between materials structures and electronic properties of oxide materials, resulting in a positive effect on the teaching results.
