高职院校教学管理的理论与实践探索

教学管理是高职院校教育管理工作的核心内容与中心工作,在教学管理方面还有诸多需要加强和改进之处。应分析高职院校教学管理的内涵,明确高职院校教学管理的原则,从教学管理的新理念出发,探究高职院校教学管理的实施措施,以建立健全符合高等职业教育发展规律的教学管理体系,不断提高教学质量和人才培养质量,实现高职院校的良性发展。

Theory and Practice of Teaching Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

Teaching management is the core content and the central work of higher vocational education management. There are still many works to be done to strengthen and improve teaching management. It is necessary to analyze the connotation of teaching manage- ment, be clear about the management principles of higher vocational colleges. Starting from the new concept of teaching manage- ment, we should explore the implementing measures of teaching management to establish and/rnprove a sound teaching manage-ment system which is in line with the law of higher vocational education development, and continuously improve the quality of teaching and talent training and achieve the positive development of higher vocational colleges.
