煤层顶板岩石爆破技术研究

摘    要:对于煤层顶板岩等施工难度较大的部位,通过单孔爆破漏斗试验收集理想爆破效果下的数据,然后通过炸药当量换算,计算出现场混装乳化炸药下的爆破参数。通过多孔同段爆破漏斗叠加试验,对单孔爆破漏斗试验得出的爆破参数进行修正,从而选取合理的炸药单耗、孔间距等,可以有效解决爆破后碎块大、孔底爆破难的问题。

Abstract:For the coal seam roof rock construction difficult parts, by single-hole blasting funnel test data collected under ideal blasting effect, then through explosive equivalent conversion, the field under the mixed loading emulsion explosive blasting parameters were calculated. Through the porous with the superposition of blasting funnel test, single hole blasting funnel test blasting parameters were corrected, reasonable specific charge, hole spacing etc. were settled, which could solve large block after explosion and the difficult explosion of bottom hole.
