金晖荣泰煤业防灭火系统设计及应用

摘    要:基于金晖荣泰煤业有限公司现开采的10号煤层经鉴定属自燃煤层,且具有煤尘爆炸性,极易造成矿井火灾的情况,该矿建立了一套灌浆防灭火系统,并建立了由KYSC—1型束管采样设备和GC950型煤矿专用色谱分析设备组成的煤层自燃监测系统。现场实践表明,灌浆系统对采空区的封闭作用,有效地抑制了留煤自燃的发生;监测系统对目标气体的检测为防灭火措施的制定提供可靠地依据,截至到目前,该矿没有发生煤层自燃的事故。

Abstract:Based on the No. 10 coal seam in Jinhui Rongtai Company was identified as spontaneous combustion coal seam, and with coal dust explosive, easy to cause mine fire, the mine established a set of grouting fire extinguishing system, and set up by KYSC - 1 type tube sampling equipment and GC950 type coal mine special equipment of chromatographic analysis of coal seam spontaneous combustion monitoring system. Field practice showed that the dose effect of grouting system to goal effectively inhibited the happening of the eoal spontaneous combustion; Monitoring system detecting target gas provided reliable basis for the establishment of fire prevention measures, so fax, the mine coal seam spontaneous combustion accident did not happen.
