Pt-K/Al_2O_3TiO_2常压催化糠醛脱羰制呋喃的研究

摘    要:常压下 ,在固定床连续反应器中以Pt K/Al2 O3 TiO2 为催化剂进行了糠醛催化脱羰制呋喃的研究。确定了较优的工艺条件 :温度 30 0℃ ,n(H2 )∶n(糠醛 ) =2∶1,空速为 1h-1。反应过程中催化剂稳定性下降的原因是反应物糠醛的自身结焦。

Abstract:In a fixed bed continuous flow reactor, catalytic decarbonylation of furural to furan over Pt K/Al 2O 3 TiO 2 catalyst at atmospheric pressure, was studied. The relatively optimum conditions were obtained as follows: reaction temperature 300 ℃, H 2/furural(molar ratio)= 2, LHSV of furural 1 h -1 , and catalyst loaded volume 6 mL. However, an endurance test showed that the catalyst loss its activity gradually during the reaction, we conjectured that the main cause is the coking of furural.
