航空连接件冲锻成形工艺模拟及优化

摘    要:采用有限元模拟方法,对圆环形航空连接件成形工艺进行仿真模拟,从3种不同成形工艺方案中选择最佳方案,对所选工艺方案进行冲锻工艺参数优化,研究冲头截面尺寸对凸台成形效果的影响。结果表明,采用单一冲头完成弯曲和凸台的成形,冲头截面尺寸在长宽方向均向外偏置0.15mm时成形效果最好,最佳;中头截面尺寸为5.3mm×2.15mm。采用上述截面尺寸的冲头成形出的零件,实验验证符合使用要求。

Technical simulation and optimization of press forging process for aviation connector

Abstract:With the finite element simulation method, numerical simulation was carried out of the forming process of the aviation connector and three plans were designed for the selection of the best. The press forging parameters were optimized to obtain a better shape of the embossment and to ex- plore the influence of the shape and area of the punch on boss forming. The results show that, good boss forming is guaranteed when the area of the punch is bigger than that of the boss; the punch with similar shape as the boss is conducive to boss forming and the optimal punch size is 5.3×2.15 mm. The workpiece formed with the punch of the above size is found to satisfy the operating requirements.
