PA1010/CSM/EPR共混物的塑化特性

摘    要:
用Brabender PLE331型塑化仪研究了PA1010/CSM/EPR共混物的塑化特性。结果表明,随着共混物中EPR含量增加和转速升高,共混物的平衡扭矩升高;随着增容剂CSM含量增加和温度升高,共混物的平衡扭矩降低;温度和转速升高,塑化时间缩短。

Abstract:
Nylon1010 is a very useful commercial engineering plastic. Its application was limited in some respects for the lack of toughness in low temperature and drying state. For this reason, the scope of application of PA1010 has been widened by making blends with other polymers such as ethylene propylene rubber, polyethylene etc. A PLE331 type rheometer was used to obtain the equilibrium torque, maxmium torque, plastified time at various EPR content and at various temperatures. The results showed the equilibrium torque decreases with increase in EPR content at PA1010/EPR higher than 95/5 and increases with increase in EPR content at PA1010/EPR less than 95/5. The equilibrium torque increases with increasing rotational speed and decreases wtih an increase in temperature at a particualr EPR content. The equilibrium torque rapidly decreases with increase in the CSM content.
