| Abstract: | The paper mainly expatiates on the significations and characteristics of defense intellectual property,and analyzes the actuality of protection to defense intellectual property of china.Aiming at the concerned requirement of defense intellectual property in National Compendium of Intellectual Property,the author gives some countermeasures to the protection to defense intellectual property under its characteristics. |
