紫外光固化材料表面能的控制及应用

摘    要:紫外光固化技术因其特有的性能和优点,自工业化以来得到了快速的发展,目前正朝着精细化、功能化方向发展。其中表面功能化是光固化材料功能化的主要方向之一,紫外光固化材料的表面性能不仅与化学组分有关,而且还与固化时的固化介质和基材密切相关。本文综述了紫外光固化材料的组成物质、固化介质、基材等条件对固化材料表面能的影响及表面能控制在先进加工中的应用。

Abstract:UV curing technology get a rapid development for its unique performances and advantages. Now this technology is developing towards the directions of refinement and multi-purpose. And the surface functionality is one of the directions of multi-purpose. The surface properties of UV curing material not only depend on the chemical compositions, but also on the curing mediums and substrates. This article reviews the effect of component, curing medium and substrates on the surface energy of cured material, and the application of the surface energy control technology on advanced processing.
