煤泥水热解过程中的能量平衡分析与计算

摘    要:在分析煤泥水热解过程的基础上,遵循能量守恒原理,将热解过程中的能量转化过程看成一个系统,进行了能量转化分析和能量平衡计算。并在此基础上,根据开滦吕家坨煤泥水热解产物的产率,以及对热解焦的工业分析结果,进行了吕家坨煤泥水热解过程中能量平衡的实际计算,结果得出煤泥水热解过程是要向外界放热的,对煤泥水热解的研究应考虑对产物废热的回收。

Energy-balance and Analysis and Calculation during Pyrolysis of Coal Water Slurry
Abstract:Energy analysis and energy-balance calculation in the pyrolysis of coal water sludge was done in this paper according to energy conservation law, which deals with the energy transformation during pyrolysis courses as a system. Actual energy calculation was carried out on the analysis of products yield and char proximate from the pyrolysis of the Lvjiatuo coal water slurry in Kailuan Mining Goup Ltd. It is concluded that the calorific value of the products for the coal water slurry is far beyond the calorific value of the raw materials and the consumption of heat during the pyrolysis. It indicates that pyrolysis of the coal water sludge to produce hydrogen -rich gases and pyrolytic oils are somewhat feasible from energy utilization.
