国内外硫化烷基酚盐组成结构分析研究

本文报道了应用冷炼蚀刻电及电子能谱等方法对国内外典型的高碱度硫化烷基酚盐添加剂的组成结构进行了研究；证实了国外产中所含的特征组分；发现不同工艺产品的胶体粒子的粒径及分布也不同；硫化烷基酚的组成结构也有大较大差别。这些信息对改进我们的生产工艺提高产品量有一定的指导意义。

STUDY ON THE COMPOSITIONS AND STRUCTURES OF TYPICAL SULFURIZED ALKYLPHENATES

This thesis reports the research results on the compositions and structures of some typical overbased sulfurized alkylphenates by using electron spectroscopy and freeze-etching electron microscopy. The research results verified the existence of the special ingredients and structure characteristics o f the overbased additives; discovered that the micelle particles of additives had different diameters and distributions according to the different manufacturing technologies; and the compositions and structures of the main surfactants, sulfurized alkylphenols, of the additives were also varied. This information will play an important role in improving the process technology and enhancing the quality of domestic products.
