摘    要:论述了过去的大中型水轮发电机定子铁心长期运行后。经常发生瓢曲变形、局部松动、内径缩小等问题的主要原因,是由于铁心温度高于机座和铁心热膨胀受到机座的约束限制的结果.因此,在铁心与机座之间必须留一定的间隙、但是由许多扇形冲片叠压而成的铁心的热膨胀量,应如何计算是个新的问题.文章根据实际测量和应用。进行分析研究,推导出一个计算铁心径向热膨胀间隙的公式,供计算应用.

Abstract:In this paper are discussed the main causes of waviness deformation, local looseness, contract of inner diameter on stator cores,etc.,often arisen after longterm operation of large and middle hydrogenerators, which resulted from temperature of core being higher than that of frame and core heat expansion, limited by frame.Therefore there must be specified radial heat expansion gap between the core and the frame.Calculating the heat expansion of the laminated core is a new problem.According to analysis and study about practice application and measurment is derived a formula of calculating the radial heat expansion gaps of the stator core for use in design.
