加压氧化-氰化浸出工艺从酸浸渣中提金试验研究

摘    要:对加压氧化-氰化浸出工艺从酸浸渣中提金进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,利用高效浸金设备进行氰化浸出4h,金的氰化浸出率可达97.85%;其与常规氰化法相比,浸出时间缩短了32h。浸出率提高了2.05%,NaCN用量减少了4kg/t。该工艺是一个值得推广的金浸取方法。

Abstract:Experimental research on extraction gold using compression oxidation and cyanidation from acid leached slag demonstrated that gold extraction rate can be up to 97.85% when the samples are cyanided by high efficient gold extracting equipments for four hours.In comparison with common cyaniding method,extraction time of it decreased by 32 hours,extraction rate increased by 2.05%,the quantity of NaCN used decreased by 4kg/t.It is a gold extracting technique worth popularizing.
