摘    要:200MW褐煤机组在改烧省内烟煤时,进行了改前改后的对比性试验,试验发现,设备不做大的改动,可满足全烧省内烟煤,锅炉效率基本达到烧褐煤时的设计值,燃烧稳定,130MW以上不需投油助燃,未发现结焦,炉膛平均温度水平略高于褐煤,煤粉细度高于经济煤粉细度,磨煤机出口温度高,含氧量高,。不涌满足制粉系统防爆要求。

Abstract:Presents the comparative test made by burning local bituminuous coal in200MW brown coal generating set,and concludes from test results that without major modification,the design value of the boiler efficiency for burning brown coal can generally be achieved by burning local bituminu-ous coal only;the combustion is stable;no fuel tossing is required to boost combustion above130MW;no coking is observed;and the average furnace temperature is sligutly higher than burning brown coal,and points out that the fineness of coal powder is higher than that of economical coal powder,and the anti-explosion requirements for powder preparation system can not be satisfied for high outlet temperature and high oxygen contents.
