动态累积间歇精馏控制方法的实验研究

摘    要:提出了采用塔顶和塔中温度进行控制操作状态转换的全回流间歇精馏控制方法,并以异丙醇-正丙醇为实验物系进行了实验研究。结果表明,用塔顶和塔中温度控制动态累积全回流-全采出的状态切换是完全可行的。引入塔中温度控制使产品数量、质量及操作时间优于单独用塔顶温度控制,而双温度控制操作弹性更高,但切换次数多于单温度控制。

Abstract:A controlling method of total reflux by introducing temperatures of middle part and top part in batch distillation column was set up,and isopropanol and n-propanol were used to conduct the experimental study of this operation.The result indicated that the state switch of total reflux and total withdraw by controlling double-temperature in dynamic accumulation process was completely feasible.Furthermore,introducing the controlling point of middle part temperature in column could make the quantity and quality of product better that those of the method only using top part temperature,and double-temperature controlling operation was more flexible,but switching times was more than single-temperature controlling.
