基于电铸技术的Ni-ZrO2纳米复合材料制备工艺

摘    要:在镀液的pH值、温度和搅拌速度一定的条件下,分析了镀液中纳米ZrO2颗粒悬浮量和阴极电流密度等工艺参数对Ni-ZrO2复合电铸层中纳米ZrO2复合量的影响。运用正交试验法优化了对复合沉积层中纳米ZrO2复合量j舒较大影响的各工艺参数,同时用SEM对纳米复合电铸层进行了表面形貌和成分的能谱分析。结果表明,由优选工艺参数所制备的Ni-ZrO2纳米复合电铸层。表面平整光滑,组织均匀、致密,并且其显微硬度较纯镍镀层有明显提高。

Abstract:When the pH value,the electrolyte temperature and the stirring rate were remained constant,the effects of technological parameters,such as the ZrO_2 concentration in electrolyte and the current density,on ZrO_2 content in Ni-ZrO_2 nano-composite electroformed deposits were analyzed.The optimized technological parameters that have main influence on ZrO_2 content in Ni-ZrO_2 nano-composite electroformed deposits were obtained by orthogonal test,and the surface morphology and energy spectrum analysis of the nano-composite electroformed deposits were studied with SEM.The results show that the Ni-ZrO_2 nanocomposite electroformed deposits have smooth morphology and compact microstructure.At the same time the nano-composite electroformed deposits exhibit higher microhardness than that of pure Ni deposits.
