摘    要:利用放电等离子烧结技术在45钢基体上制备了Ni60_WC涂层,并分析和研究了Ni60_WC涂层的显微组织、界面结合情况以及耐磨性能。结果表明,Ni60_WC涂层主要由WC、FeW3C、Cr23C6、Ni3Fe等相组成;涂层平均硬度为968.5HV0.3,过渡层硬度在968.5~225.2HV0.3呈梯度分布,宽度约为0.25mm,涂层与基体属于冶金结合;在磨粒磨损条件下涂层体积磨损率为2.31×10-2cm3。

Abstract:Ni60_WC coating was prepared on 45 steel substrate by spark plasma sintering.The microstructure and interface bonding of Ni60_WC coating were analyzed.The results indicate that Ni60_WC coating mainly consists of WC,FeW3C,Cr23C6,Ni3Fe.The average hardness of coating is up to 968.5HV0.3.The transition layer distribute gradient with the hardness from 968.5HV0.3 to 225.2HV0.3.A solid interfacial metallurgy bonding is formed between coating and substrate.The width of transition layer is about 0.25mm.The coating ...
