摘    要:在保证航空轴承原来精度的情况下,重新加工一相配轴承的内孔。设计一套专用夹具,分为夹具主体和压板2部分,既要能保证磨削后的内孔与原来轴承内孔的同心度,又能保证与原轴承端面的垂直度。采用该夹具加工了轴承的内孔,达到了理想的精度。用以上方法加工后的轴承经用户验收,装上飞机部件后,各项指标均合格。

Abstract:The paper aims to remachine a new type of inner hole to match the bearing on the premise of guaranteeing the previous precision of aviation bearing. A special fixture composed of body splint and pressure plate was designed, which could ensure both the concentricity between the inner hole after grinding and the previous inner hole, and the verticality to previous end face of bearing. Ideal precision of the inner hole of bearing was achieved by using this fixture. Bearings manufactured by this method are accepted by customers. All indexes are qualified after being installed into the airplane.
