| 摘 要： | 淄博热电公司220kV南付线211开关及桥联200开关在一次系统没有故障、机组没有出现异常的情况下跳闸,引起#3、4机组与系统解列并全停。当时相关的保护无任何动作信号、监控设备无任何操作信号,开关的跳闸属于误动行为。

| Abstract: | The breaker211 of 220kV Nantu transmission line and breaker200 tripped with the primary system and generator unit having no fault or unconventionality,which resulted in the #3 and #4 generator shutting down and splitting from system. There were no action signals of the relating relay protection equipment.And the supervisory device had no operation signals. In conclusion,it is maloperation. |
