摘    要:
提出有效产生四倍频光载毫米波的RoF系统.系统在中心站配置一个PM调制器和光滤波器,产生抑制一阶边带和中心载波的信号,发送至基站.基站侧两个二阶边带在光电检测器中拍频,产生四倍于射频信号的光载毫米波.仿真结果显示,12GHz射频频率可产生48GHz光载毫米波,2.5Gb/s的数据可在下行链路的光纤中传输35km以上,功...

A scheme of radio over fiber system to generate frequency-quadrupled millimeter-wave effectively was demonstrated.A electronic-optical phase modulator(EO-PM) and a optical filter was equipped at central station(CS) to produce a signal whose first-order sideband was suppressed by adjusting the phase modulation index and whose carrier signal was suppressed by a optical filter,then the signal was transmitted to the base station(BS).In BS,two second-order sidebands beat to generate optical millimeter-wave with ...
